In 1966 has graduated from the Medical Faculty of Odessa Medical University. Until 1971 worked as a General Surgeon. From 1971 till 1974 - Internship in Traumatology. The Candidate's thesises were devoted to open intra-joint fractures, complicated with purulent infection.
From 1986 - Doctor of Medical Sciences and then - the Professor of the Traumatological Departmant of Odessa Medical University.
The author of more than 220 printed works, including 30 inventions, more than 35 suggestions for the improvement of surgical operations and instruments.
At present - the Deputy Director of the Regional Centre of Traumatology and Orthopaedics, the Head of the Department of Traumatology in the Odessa City Hospital N 11, the Specialist of the Highest Category, Honoured Inventor of Ukraine.
